Rosamaria Castro, our beloved mother, and grandmother passed away at her home surrounded by her family on May 14, 2022.
Rosamaria was born in Guadalupe D.B. Chihuahua, Mexico to Josefa M. and Juan G. Madrid on November 21, 1929.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Oscar Castro Sr., and grandchildren: Tony Castro Jr., Kimberly & Jacob Castro (twins).
She is survived by her children: Cecilia, Oscar Jr. (Sylvia), Tony, and Patricia.
Grandchildren: Regina (Raul), Karen (Jr.), Oscar III (Stephanie), Vanessa (Sony), Carlos (Elizabeth), Diana (Ysidro), Christopher, Angel, Bryan, Amanda, and Gabriel. Great Grandchildren: Alyssa, Andres, Yazmin, Alexa, Isaiah, Aiden, Mariah, Ciara, Carlos III, Destiny, Tony, Aliyah, Gianna and Scarlett. Great-Great grandson Brandon.
Our mother's passion was her love for her flowers. You could always find her sitting outside watching the birds, butterflies and hummingbirds. Her cooking was the best especially her tamales and salsa. She also enjoyed sewing and crocheting. But, her big love was to see and spend time with her children and grandchildren.
The Viewing (11:00 am), Rosary (12:00pm), Mass (1:00pm), Burial (2:00pm) will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022 at Santa Clara Cemetery Chapel.
