Rooke Everill, 59, of Celina, TX, went to meet his heavenly father on May 14, 2020.
Born August 17, 1960, in Pensacola, FL, to Peter & Maude (Tully) Everill, Rooke grew up in Picayune; he was a '78 graduate of PMHS & an '83 grad of USM, earning a BS degree & SAE fraternity member. He married Michele Payne Everill, a New Orleans native, on March 20, 2003.
Rooke was an extremely successful entrepreneur. As President/Co-Owner of Fini Enterprises, he patented Liquid Ferric Sulfate, a chemical used by municipal & industrial water plants. Rooke developed North Preston Lakes Estates, a Celina residential community. His most recent venture was the development of AeRooke Mechanical Services, where he excelled as an Industrial Mechanical Contractor/Consultant. Rooke left a favorably indelible mark on countless professional associates, partners & employees.
Rooke cherished time with family, enjoyed concerts, cooking & numerous interests. Besides rebuilding antique pedal cars & jukeboxes, Rooke flew his Piper 180 out of TxAerosport Aerodrome, an airpark & vintage aircraft restoration facility he developed in Dorchester, TX. Rooke passionately pursued many dreams.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Michele Everill, his children, Natalie Rooke Everill, Nicholas Spizale & Rebecca Winter Duncan, husband Ty; his granddaughters, Fallon & Josephine Duncan; his parents, Col. Peter & Maude Everill; his brothers, Col. Kenneth Everill, wife Michelle & Col. Jon Everill, wife Christina.
Rooke will be deeply missed by family & friends.
The memorial service will be held at 3R's Ranch, 1695 N. Coit Road, Prosper, TX 75078, on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 4:00pm. The memorial service will be presided over by Pastor Steve Smothermon, of Legacy Church. A celebration of life follows the service from 5:00-8:30pm.
