Ronald Martin Reese, age 78 of Knoxville, TN, passed away on May 7, 2024. He was of Methodist faith. He was a proud team member and retired from Mayfield Dairy Farms. Ronnie was a veteran of The United States Army and a proud military history buff. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading, watching western movies, photography and listening to Perry Como and Elvis. Ronnie was a lover of all things Snoopy & Peanuts. He will be remembered as a man who loved his family and God deeply.
Ronnie is preceded in death by his father, Cecil Reese and mother, Mildred Henry; grandmother; aunt, Helen; and his cousin, Lois.
He is survived and will be greatly missed by his daughters, Alysia Hancock (Ben) and Allyson Hammonds (Scotty); grandchildren, Tyler Williamson (Hannah), Austin McCracken, Mackenzy Hammonds, Haile Hancock, Katlyn Johnson and Gabrielle Hammonds; great-grandchildren, Colt, Amari and Grayson; as well as many childhood friends that have kept up with him over the years.
The family would like to extend a very special Thank You to the Mountain Home CLC team that loved and cared for him.
Family and friends will gather at Highland Memorial Cemetery on Friday, May 17th at 3:00pm for a graveside service with military honors.
