He was raised in the Pimmit Hills area and moved to Clinton, MD as a young man, spending most of his adult life there and his much beloved Chincoteague, VA, where he enjoyed the water, fishing and beautiful views. As a child, Mr. Marcey and his two brothers spent summers running wildly around the family homestead in Sumerduck, VA raising a ruckus and keeping his Nana on her toes. September 17, 2021, Frederick French "Freddy" Marcey passed, his brother will also be laid to rest with Ron. Mr. Marcey spent his career in the HVAC repair business first in private business and then working for over 30 years with the Architect of the Capital team at the US Senate Buildings. He could be counted on by friends and family to keep their home and car HVAC in tip top condition, even after retiring. He lived a joyful and colorful life, cracking jokes until the end typically somewhere near a horse racetrack, bar, sporting event or car show. He will be missed by ALL.
