Ronald L. Gentry passed away peacefully on June 22, 2023, in Salisbury, MD. Born on May 21, 1958, in Baltimore, MD, Ron was a beloved brother, uncle, and stepfather.
Ron was predeceased by his wife, Merry A. Gentry n?e Lull; his parents, Earl and Eleanor Gentry; and his brother, Richard Gentry. He is survived by his siblings, Kathy (Larry) Lijewski and Don (Mary) Gentry; his four stepdaughters, Sherida Conley, Jennie Conley, Janelle Conley, and Janie Conley; his nieces and nephews, Michael Gentry, Brian Lijewski, Don Gentry Jr, Kelly Bunce, Kate Gentry, and Ricky Gentry; and numerous grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Professionally, Ron worked in the automotive service industry for many years. Outside of work, he enjoyed stock car racing and baseball. Ron was also an avid fan of bingo, the lottery, and going to the casino.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 11:00AM at Middle River Baptist Church, 610 Middle Road, Middle River, MD 21220.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, www.Diabetes.org.
