Ronald (Ronnie) John Bell, 68, a resident of Winchester, passed away peacefully while resting on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, while under care at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene.
He was born a son to Rachel R. (Russell) and the late John C. Bell on December 8, 1955, in Keene, NH. He was educated locally at Thayer High School in Winchester.
In 1982, Ronnie exchanged vows with the love of his life, Sharon E. Harris. They had a simple service in Winchester with the love of family and friends celebrating them.
Ronnie enjoyed his time working for Vermont Roadworks in Guilford as a mechanic for 5+ years. Prior, he worked for Cianbro Construction as a general foreman for 30 years.
Ronnie was an avid NASCAR fan, loved racing, and going kayaking. He also enjoyed taking drives on his motorcycle and doing burnouts in his truck.
Mr. Bell is survived by his wife, Sharon Bell of Winchester, his mother Rachel Bell of Templeton, MA, his son, Ronell Bell and wife Tara Bell of Stoddard. He is also survived by his siblings, Danny Bell of Winchester, John Cole of Winchester, and Laura Keenan of Templeton, MA. Along with his grandchildren, Teela Denoncour, Brie Bell, and Carmen Bell, many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his father, John Bell.
A graveside service will take place at 10:00am on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, in the family lot at Evergreen Cemetery, 60 Forest Lake Rd. Winchester, NH. 03470. There will be a small celebration of life, after the funeral, details will be shared at the graveside service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to the Sportsman Club of Winchester.
