Douglas A. Fiery
Roger George Kuhlman, Jr. , 67 Jul 14, 1951 - Jun 18, 2019 Robert George "Bob" Kuhlman, Jr., 67, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away, Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at Homewood at Williamsport.
Born Saturday, July 14, 1951 in Takoma Park, Maryland, he was the son of the late Robert George Kuhlman, Sr. and the late Mary Lou (Lashorn) Kuhlman. He was preceded in death by his wife Paula Joan Kuhlman.
He graduated from Wheaton High School in 1969 and later graduated from Montgomery College. He was employed with Safeway Grocery for 40 years. Bob was actively involved with the Washington County Senior Softball League and also played in Olney, MD. He also bowled on two leagues at Turner's Dual Lanes. Bob enjoyed taking care of his home and working in his yard, and especially enjoyed attending his family's music concerts. Bob was a huge Chicago Cubs fan.
He is survived by his daughter, Kimberley Ann Stockslager and husband Michael and grandson, Zachary Thomas Nolan all of Hagerstown, MD.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 24, 2019, at 10:00 am, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 224 West Washington Street Hagerstown, MD, with the Rev. Larry Adamczyk as celebrant.
Family will receive friends at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown, MD on Sunday, June 23, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Interment will be at the Greenhill Cemetery in Waynesboro, PA
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Washington County 13011 Maugansville Rd, Hagerstown, MD, 21740.
