ROGER "BUCK" ZUSACK, ROGER "BUCK" ZUSACK, Roger "Buck" Zusack, age 74, passed away December 23, 2021.
Buck graduated in 1966 from James Ford Rhodes high school. He earned his Associates degree in Business and was self-employed most of his career.
He enjoyed dancing, canoeing, camping, fishing, hunting, his beagle hunting dogs, playing the piano and organ, coaching his daughters in softball, and was active in Bingo at church and BHS.
Roger was a member and trustee of the Brunswick Eagles #3505; a member of the Catholic Church; Jaycee member who helped to start Safety Town in Brunswick; and belonged to the Medina County Compassionate Friends.
Buck enjoyed working with under privileged youth in after school programs, supported handicapped children, and taught children about the outdoors and wildlife. In addition, he provided to conservation and supported wildlife; making sure children had the opportunity to learn and earn their hunter safety course and assisted on many youth hunts.
Preceded in death by his parents, Walter & Mary Jane; daughter, Rhonda; and sister, Sandra Bartha.
Roger is survived by his wife of 53 years, Donna; daughter, Debra (Jeffrey) Conrad; and grandchildren, Mark & Grace Conrad. He was an uncle of 5.
The family will receive friends, THURSDAY, December 30, from 11:00-12:00pm at Cox- McNulty Funeral Home, 1376 High Street, Wadsworth. Funeral Service will follow at 12:00pm at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 1:30pm at Eastlawn Memory Gardens, 2869 Grafton Road, Brunswick, following the service.
The family is requesting that all of those in attendance wear a mask and social distance.
