Roger Leon Breault passed away suddenly on December 25, 2021.He was born on January 24, 1944, to Leonide and Lillian Breault of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, and married Carol Ann Menard on August 24, 1968, and were married for 53 years.
He attended Franklin Institute and worked at Cumberland Engineering and Silko before owning and operating Breault's Auto Sales for 38 years. He served in the Army National Guard for six years. He also worked as a technical inspector for the Seekonk Speedway and was a founding member of the Rehoboth Business Association.
He was a member of the Freemason's and served over 30 years on Rehoboth's Zoning Board of Appeals. He was also a Cub Scout of Rehoboth's first Pack.
In addition to his wife Carol, he is survived by his sisters Jeanette Thibodeau of Dighton and Irene Burt of Rehoboth, daughter Denise Hutchins, son-in-law Mark and grandsons Jack and Theo of Campton, NH and brother-in-law George Menard, Jr. of Attleboro.
He enjoyed helping people, working in the garden, spending time with his grandsons and grand dogs, and riding his tractor. He admired the work of Benjamin Franklin who noted "When you're good to others, you're best to yourself."
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
