Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors
Bob had been a resident of Pampa since 1964, working for the Texas Railroad Commission, retiring in 1993. He was a faithful member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, serving as Bishop of the Pampa ward two different times. Survivors include his wife, Doris Helen Wood; his children, Robert Allen Wood, Karen Kay Jenkins, Ruth Ann Bryan, and Carla Jean Witt; a stepdaughter, Julie Beth Lane; a stepson, Chuck Reeves; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00-7:30 PM Friday.
