Robert John Rehagen was born on March 22, 1939 in Kansas City, Missouri.
He graduated March 10, 1961 from the University of Kansas; with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a member of Theta Tau Fraternity.
Bob married Sharon Ann Womack on February 1, 1979 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
In 1958, Bob began his career as a Field Engineer for the Federal Aviation Agency in Kansas City, Missouri.
After several assignments in various locations, Bob and Ann were transferred to the Dallas area in 1973. He was involved in the design and construction of the Dallas Fort Worth Airport Control Tower.
Bob retired from the FAA as a Branch Chief in March of 1994.
The couple enjoyed traveling, building summer homes in Beaver Lake, Arkansas and Star Valley, Wyoming. They hosted many gatherings for family and friends.
Bob enjoyed artistic woodworking and painting, as well as all types of construction and creative building projects.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife Ann and is survived by his two sisters: Patricia Bethel of Inverness, IL. and Linda Watrak of Denton, TX., and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 1pm at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home.
