Robert 'Bob' Olson, 88, of Forest Lake, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2022 at this home.
Bob was born August 20, 1933 to Helmer and Helen (Ingham) Olson, in Northfield. He attended school in Greenvale Twp. He grew up on the family farm and later became a milk truck driver before enlisting in the United States Army in 1953.
After his time in the Army, he spent several years working at Midland Co-op and Sinclair Service Station in Northfield. In 1960 he married Judith Forss of Cannon Falls. They moved to Lakeville to raise a family. he then started working in the construction industry for many years before moving to Tamarack to start farming. After farming, he moved to Forest Lake to retire and be closer to his children.
Bob is survived by his four children, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at the Northfield Cemetary on a date to be determined.
