Robert Francis "Bob" Cerreta, 81, of Boynton, PA, died Sunday, January 24, 2021, at Conemaugh Medical System, Johnstown, PA. Born March 3, 1939, in Staten Island, NY, he was the son of the late Gertrude L. (Kearney) Cerreta. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 34 years, Beulah M. "Boob" (Caton) Cerreta and one step-son, Michael E. Blake. Bob served four years in the USAF (1956-1960) and six years in the USN (1963-1969), serving during the Vietnam War. He worked for Johnson Memorial Company, in Meyersdale, PA, for 37 years where he was the foreman stone etcher and carver and also doing artwork on the stones. He had also worked for six year with Coleman Camping Trailers, in Somerset, PA. He is survived by two sons, Robert F. Cerreta, Jr. and wife, Lynnette, Meyersdale; Michael P. Ceretta and wife, Kelly, Waldorf, MD; one daughter, Tina Marie Ceretta and special friend, Liz McGraw, Mt. Kisco, NY; one step-son, Keith A. Blake, Boynton; one step-daughter, Debroah (Blake) Hetz and husband, Skip, Garrett, PA; one brother, Peter G. Cerreta and wife, Marian, Haydenville, MA; 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. At his request, he will be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
