Robert “Bert” Byron Mills

He was born in 1891 to Cyrus Winfield Packard and Dora Mills with the name of Robert Barnabas Packard.

After the death of his mother, Dora, he was adopted by RBM I and Hattie in 1895. He was in the hotel business with his adopted father until he became an insurance salesman and later the fire chief of Cheviot. He married Miriam and had three children. He died in April 1956 in his home in Cheviot.
