Richard was born in Alpine, Texas on March 9, 1961, to Daniel and Adelita Rodriguez.
Richard had a passion for chasing the Lord, not only in youth and homeless ministry, but also in growing friendships with anyone he met. He organized multiple outreach events with Carpenter's Shop Youth of Odessa to minister throughout Fort Worth.
He had the gift of testifying about the Lord in a way that was contagious. Something that persuaded so many people to chase and fall in love with Jesus.
We all know of his great work ethic, loving to work with his hands and creating anything that came to his mind. Many of us will treasure for years the creations that came to life through his incredible imagination.
Richard had a constant passion for fitness and body building that we all admired.

Psalms 21:2-4
You have granted him his heart's desire and have not withheld the request of his lips.
You came to greet him with rich blessing and placed a crown of pure gold on his head.
He asked you for life, and you gave it to him length of days, for ever and ever.
