Richard Lorenzo Recchia 88, of Pittsfield died Saturday December 5, 2020 at Berkshire Medical Center. He was born in Pittsfield on December 20, 1931 a son of the late Lorenzo and Antoinette (D'Arcangelo) Recchia. Richard attended schools in Pittsfield and was active with the Pittsfield Salvation Army. He was employed at several restaurants in the area. His wife Lana (Rosso) Recchia whom he married in 1985 died in 2007. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three sisters and three brothers Eda Brophy, Josephine Canzano, Norma DelGallo, Albert Recchia, Edward Recchia and Aldo Recchia. Graveside services will take place in the family plot in St. Joseph Cemetery in Pittsfield, MA. on Thursday March 10, 2020 at 1pm.
