Born in Manchester, NH on October, 29 1934. Richard had lived in Goffstown for most of his life before moving to Weare 30 years ago. He was the son of Frank and Louise (McLean) Hamblett.
Mr. Hamblett worked for several garages in the Manchester area. Dick worked for the Standard Fence Co. as a welder and small engine mechanic for 18 years. He also worked for Lakeside Lanes and the Bowl-O-Drome as an automatic pinsetter technician.
His hobby was trout fishing and trap shooting. Dick was predeceased by his wife of 49 years, Helen (Little) Hamblett in 2004. He was also predeceased by his sister Pearl Durant. This family includes one son, Richard Hamblett Jr. of Hillsboro, three daughters Christine Hamblett and Brenda Hamblett both of Weare and Noreen Mitchell of Manchester. One brother Donald Hamlet of Seabrook, seven grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
