"Dick" (Richard) Tippins, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 29, 2024. He is survived by his devoted daughter Laura (Mark) Kruse, & son Paul Tippins, all of MN. We will love you forever, Dad! Dick will be dearly missed for his love of fishing/golf/football, his BBQ, his humor, zest for life, and treasured love of his kids. Private service.
