Richard Wayne Davis

Richard "Ricky" Wayne Davis, 69, of Milton, FL passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 15, 2025.

Ricky was born in Tuscaloosa, AL to Elvey "Bud" Guel Davis and Alice Rebecca Hester Davis. Ricky moved with his family to Milton when he was in the third grade where he attended Berryhill Elementary and later Milton High School. Ricky worked as an electrical technician most of his life.

Ricky is preceded in death by both parents, Bud and Alice; his brothers, Joseph Michael Davis and Elvey "Budgy" Guel Davis, Jr.; and both his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Ricky is survived by his daughters, Tifffany Davis of Molino, FL and Rebecca "Becky" Beeman (Scott) of Pace, FL; his sister, Robbin (Don) Scrivner of Northport, AL; his half-brother, Ryan Davis (Priscilla) of Milton, FL; his grandchildren, Brian "Austin" Beeman, Ashton Scott Beeman, Robert "Thomas" Fretwell, Jr., and Isabella "Bella" Lynn Grant; along with several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Moundville, AL on Saturday, April 5, 2025, where Ricky will be buried next to his mother and brothers.

The family wishes to thank the extraordinary doctors, hospitalists, and ICU staff at Santa Rosa Medical Center for the wonderful care of their father, brother, uncle, and cousin during his time of illness. The family would like to send a special thank you to the following ICU nurses who are truly angels among us; Lisa, Regina, Janezza, Eric, and Kelly as well as respiratory therapist Monica.
