Graveside service for Richard Darryl Clemmer, age 69, of Wellington, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday July 20, 2022 at Mt. View Cemetery with Brother Roger Griffith officiating the service. The family will receive friends for a time of fellowship at Webster’s Chapel Community Center immediately following the service
Mr. Clemmer passed away on Saturday July 16, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.
Left to cherish the memory of Mr. Clemmer are his wife of 48 years Theresa Clemmer; daughters: Selena Hall (Steven), and Miranda Clemmer; grandchildren: Taylor Adams (Jessica) Trey Adams (Kaydee), and Kayley Clemmer; great-grandchildren: Temperance and Sammy Adams, Kohyn Hill, and Ellie Robershaw; brothers: Donald, Larry, Terry and Scott Clemmer.
Mr. Clemmer was a member of New Liberty Baptist Church. He was a hard-working man who spent his entire life doing concrete work, even mentoring many others into the trade including his grandsons who are now taking over the family business. He loved telling anyone who would listen his stories. He loved his family, and loved spending time with his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
