Richard Artie Carney

Richard Carney 73 of Knoxville, TN passed away July 15, 2025. He had a great sense of humor and a warm smile that could brighten any room. Richard was a calm man with strong faith.

Richard was preceded in death by father, Lawrence "PeeWee" Carney; mother, Mildred Huffman Medders; brother, Lawrence W. Carney; daughter, Misha Carney. He is survived by son, Dylan (Teresa) Carney; grandchildren, Lexi Carney and Amari Phillips; sisters, Carla Carney and Kelly (Saun) Floyd; several nieces and nephews.

Family will have a private service.
