It is with great sadness the family of Richard Brown announces his blessed and peaceful passing on November 22, 2021 at home. Dick was born in Greenfield, MA to Glenn T. Brown and Anna Mae (Hall) Brown on September 12, 1937. He lived in Colrain, MA graduating from Arms Academy in 1955.
Dick served in the Air Force as an Airplane Mechanic. Later worked and trained at United Aircraft in Connecticut and achieved to Manufacturing Engineer.
Dick and Sheila Rondeau married in 1965 at Saint Thomas the Apostle Church in West Hartford Ct. They had two children Kadeen and Mark and later moved to Hanover, NH in 1975 for Dick to manage and developed Netam Corp in North Hartland, VT until his retirement. The Brown family were active communicants at St. Dennis Parish in Hanover.
Dick was committed to his family, faith and career with a tremendous work ethic. He was an accomplished artist, woodworker and enjoyed gardening and caring for their acreage at their Ferson Rd. home.
Approaching retirement, Dick and Sheila built their home on Mascoma Lake in Enfield, NH. They worshiped at Our Lady of La Salette Shrine and traveled appreciating many countries and the US
Dick is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Sheila, daughter Kadeen Healy and son Mark Brown. His siblings include the late Priscilla (Brown) Stone, his sister Sandra Brown and brother Gary Brown. Dick and Sheila have four granddaughters Meghan and Emma Healy and Karly and Courtney Brown along with their mother Kristan Brown. Dick is survived by many nieces and nephews living across the country. Dick was predeceased by brothers-in-laws William Stone, Robert Armstrong and son-in-law Michael Healy.
Our grateful appreciation to our dear friends, Jill and Rick Mullaly for all their love and support and to Bayada Hospice for their care that allowed Dick to stay at home.

A Funeral Mass will celebrate Dick's Life at Our Lady of La Salette Church in Enfield, RT 4A on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 11 am.
