Reverend Willie Lee Spann (Korean War Veteran), age 94, husband of the late Evangelist Ezarine Rebecca Spann, was born on January 3, 1930 in Aiken County, SC. Rev. Spann was the son of the late Willie Anderson and the late Rose Ann Cheatham. He quietly traded mortality for immortality on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Services celebrating his life will be held 1 PM, Monday, December 9, 2024 at Aiken's First Baptist Church (Viewing 12PM-1PM) 120 Chesterfield St. N., Aiken, SC 29801, with Rev. Cathy Patterson, Presiding. Interment with military honors will follow at Ebenzer AME Church Cemetery, 393 Gregory Road, Aiken, SC 29805. Rev. Spann leaves to cherish fond memories with his four children, Joan Dunbar, Willie Leon Spann, Min. Sharon Harrison, and Rev. Cathy (Earl) Patterson; and a host of grandchildren, great grands, and great-great grands.
