Rebecca Ewing (Blake) Loar of Lawrenceville, Georgia, died June 28, 2022, after a long illness. Referredto as Becky, she was born in Ashland, Kentucky on January 30, 1952, to James E and Rebecca E Blakewho preceded her in death. Becky graduated from Catlettsburg (Ky) High School in 1970. She attendedAshland Community College and the University of Kentucky graduating in 1974. She went on to teachbiology at Morton Jr. High in Lexington, Kentucky, Putnam Jr. High in Ashland, Kentucky and BoydCounty (KY) High School. She moved with her husband to metro Atlanta in 1979, where she began a verysuccessful real estate career retiring in 2012 after receiving many state and national awards. She issurvived by her husband Brad Loar of Lawrenceville, Georgia, son Christopher Loar, daughter in law AriLoar, grandson Tyler Loar and granddaughter Logan Loar all of St. Petersburg, Florida. A celebration oflife will be held at a future date.
