Raymond Ward husband of Tressie Ward passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 23. He was an active member of the coast guard auxiliary in Washington, N.C. and a member of the Destroyer Escort sailors association. He leaves behind his wife of 50 years, Tressie, who lives in Lexington, KY. A veteran's memorial service will be held at Camp Nelson National Cemetery on July 2nd.
