Raymond (Ray) A. Sobania was born on May 7,1946, in St. Cloud, MN. to the late Clarence and Victoria (Marsolek) Sobania. Ray lived his life serving others. He enlisted in the Army and served his country in Vietnam from 1968-1969. He continued serving the town of Royalton, being the Postmaster for many years. He also served the community being a Boy Scout leader, First Responder, City Council Member, Fire Chief/ Fireman, and Papa Daycare. He was united in marriage to Rozanne Sauer on September 6,1969, at Holy Trinity Church in Royalton. Ray loved to work in his wood shop, making stained glass art, models, and diamond art. Ray could literally do, make, fix or build just about everything. If Papa couldn't fix/make it, NO ONE could.

We love you Papa, you will be so missed and never ever forgotten.
