Raul "Ralph" Armendariz was born in McAllen, TX on October 23, 1972 to Daniel and Olivia Armendariz. He attended McAllen Memorial High School graduating in 1991. He went on to Texas Tech University Graduating with a degree in Agricultural Economics in 1995. He was employed by Warren Produce and Palmer Steel supplies early in his career. He then began his own business as owner of A to Z Agricultural Chemicals.
Ralph greatly loved the outdoors. He never missed an opportunity to hunt or fish. Always ready and willing to host a BBQ. Whether a football game was on or just because. Ralphs house was open to anyone. Ralph deeply loved his animals, and his family. He always made time for them and made sure they were okay. He was the constant in their lives.
Ralph loved his friends immensely. He had many, and kept them until his passing.
He always made friends, at all stages in his life. If you were at first a stranger to Ralph, he quickly became a friend.
Ralph was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Armendariz. Ralph is survived by his mother, Olivia Armendariz; sisters, Ana Kennedy (Gus) and Irma Dobbs (David); nieces, Jacquelyn Cyphers (Kyle), Kathleen Kennedy; nephews, Jonathan Scalise (Devon) and Joshua Kennedy; great nephew, Maverick Cyphers; former wife, Nadia Guerra and stepdaughter, Adelina Aguirre.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 19th, from 2:00pm to 8:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm at Kreidler Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 20th, at 10:00am at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church with the burial to take place at 1:00pm at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
