Ramona Louise Reed-Hart aka Poochie born September 16, 1954 to Robert Costen and Edith Lucille Martin Reed. Poochie as she was called by family was the eldest of six, she was also the eldest of the grandchildren of her paternal grandparents George Alvin and Willie Mae Daly-Reed.
On October 1, 1976 Pooche married Tommy James Hart. She was blessed with 5 children: Donnell Reed, Shannon, Stephanie, Stacey and Gregory Hart.
