Rachel Marie Armstrong, 95, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021, at her son's residence in Kenosha, WI . Services will be on Sunday, January 17, 2 p.m. at Lindsey Cemetery. Burial will follow at Lindsey Cemetery.
