Priscilla Jean Tetreault, 75, of White River Jct., VT passed away on January 3rd at her home, surrounded by family.
She was born Priscilla Jean Hosmer, on August 28th, 1945, to Ralph and Mabel Hosmer of Strafford, VT. She was the fourth child of 13 and helped to raise her younger siblings.
Priscilla met and married Parke D. Avery, of South Royalton, VT, on August 13th, 1960. They were married for 22 years, having 3 children and living in Vermont, Massachusetts, and Maine, before divorcing in 1983.
She worked for a few years at Waterbury Plastics, in Randolph, VT, where she met and later married Robert "Skip" Bedell on July 28th, 1989. Together, they both changed jobs and worked together at G.W. Plastics, in Bethel, VT. They enjoyed Sunday drives, fishing in their bass boat and spending time with their grandchildren. After 10 years of marriage, Skip passed away in November, 1999.
Priscilla later met and married Ronald Tetreault, of White River Jct., VT on May 8th, 2016. They resided together at their home in White River Jct. until her death.
Most of all, Priscilla enjoyed spending time with her family and was well known for her delicious baked beans at family gatherings. She loved to cook and bake ( she mastered to many delicious foods to list them all!! ), decorating her home and many crafts. She was always smiling and had a kind and generous heart. All who knew her, loved her.
Priscilla is survived by her husband, Ronald Tetreault of White River, daughter Lisa Currier of Woodstock, son James Avery of Orange, daughter Angela Avery of Stockbridge, sister Janice Sanborn of Florida, and sisters Robin Tuscan and Patricia Gould, both of Maine, multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren, and many stepchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, Ralph Hosmer and Mabel Hill of Strafford, VT, her second husband Skip Bedell of Randolph, and nine of her siblings.
There will be no calling hours or services at this time. There will be a graveside remembrance later this year at Pleasant View Cemetery in Randolph, VT.
