Miller's Funeral Home
Age 91, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2024 at her home.
Mrs. Gilmore worked for over 30 years as an educator in the Aiken County Public School District, including Martha Schofield High School, Aiken Junior High School, and Schofield Middle School. Upon her retirement, she continued teaching for many years in her church and community.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Gilmore, and her son, Aron (Tanya) Gilmore; three grandchildren, and a host of extended relatives.
The Homegoing service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sat., April 20th at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Graniteville, SC. Public viewing will be held from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Fri., April 19th at the funeral home. Mrs. Gilmore will lie in repose at the church on Sat., from 2 pm until the hour of service.
