Phyllis Jean Weatherholtz , 82 Apr 21, 1938 - Dec 4, 2020 Phyllis Jean (Grimm) Weatherholtz, 82 of Clear Springs, MD passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020 at Meritus Medical Center.
Born April 21, 1938 in Martinsburg she was the daughter of the late Earl Grimm and Mildred (Stevens) Grimm.
Phyllis worked at Perfection Garment Co. for many years. She also worked at Handy and Harmon and retired from Raylock in Hancock, MD.
She survived by a brother, John Grimm, of Berkeley Springs; and children, Cheryl A. Hamilton, Steven C. Weatherholtz, and Terry Weatherholtz all of Martinsburg.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John W. (Sonny) Weatherholtz, and lifelong friend Robert (Bob) Eaton; sons, Ricky L. Stotler, and Tommy W. Weatherholtz; a brother, Curtis Grimm; and two sisters, Judy Bowman and Barbara Cyhanick.

Service and interment are private.
