Phyllis M. Walker, 93 of Carlisle, died on Sunday, January 29, 2023. A viewing will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 3, 2023, followed by funeral services at 2:00 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle.
