Lifelong Floridian and native of Tampa, Phyllis Boothbay Mascio passed away on June 15, 2022. She was born in Tampa on October 11, 1933 and graduated from Jefferson High School in 1952. From 1962 until her passing, she served as devoted and an active member of Keystone United Methodist Church in Odessa, FL. She was preceded in death by her mother Laura Wisson, her father Wesley Boothbay, and husbands Robert G. Phillips and Daniel E. Mascio. She is survived by her sister, Joyce Henry, her niece Anne Hentkowski, nephew Steven Henry and half-sisters, Shirley Falck and Pat Cummings, as well as her lifelong friends Lois Hurston Slatton and Joyce Lansdale McConnell. Celebration of Life service will be held on July 16, 2022 11:00AM at Keystone United Methodist Church (KUMC) 16301 Race Track Road, Odessa, FL 33556. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Phyllis' name to KUMC Food Bank or KUMC Helping Hand's Fund.
