Peter Michael Jones, aged 70, of San Antonio, Fla., passed away on July 4.
He was born in Cambridge, Mass. He was the son of the late Peter M. Jones and Teresa (Hart) Jones. Peter graduated from Ridge Technical High School in Cambridge, Mass. While attending Voc-Tech College, he was hired by Chomerics, which later was acquired by WR Grace.
Before moving to Florida to continue his employment with Parker Gas Hannifin, he was a longtime resident of Londonderry, N.H., where he raised his family, was a Boy Scout leader, and was a member of the Derry/Salem Elks.
He is survived by his loving wife of almost 44 years, Denise (Roy) Jones of San Antonio, Fla., and sons Peter Jones of Florida and Alex Jones of Massachusetts. Peter was predeceased by a sister, Pamela Jones. He is also survived by four siblings, Deborah Raiche, William Jones and Tracy Miller, all of New Hampshire, Leslie Jackson of Washington state, as well as his sister-in-law, Phyllis Seccareccio of N.H., and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
