Perley F. Ordway, 96, of Franklin Road, East Andover, died Thursday, March 24, 2022 at the Granite Hospice House in Concord, NH.
He was born in South Danbury, NH on April 2, 1925 the son of Clarence A. and Elizabeth P. (McDaniels) Ordway. He attended school in South Danbury and high school in Andover.
Perley worked as a mechanic for McLeod's Garage in Potter Place, NH, Joe Dean's Garage in New London and Von Woodward's Garage in Franklin, NH. He owned and operated Bow Street Garage in Franklin.
He is predeceased by his wife, Marion M. (Keniston) Ordwary; two daughters, Maxine O'Brien and Janet Miller; two sons, Cameran Ordway and J. Dale McLeod, Jr.; three brothers, Linley Ordway, Ralph Ordway and Gordon Ordway; three sisters, Ronea Moses, Helen Lewis and Villa Patten. He is survived by three sons, Douglas McLeod of Franklin, NH, Wyman Ordway of East Andover, NH and Dennis Ordway of Franklin, NH; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren;nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in Proctor Cemetery, Andover, NH.
