Above all, her family was the most important thing in her life. She never worked outside of the home but dedicated herself to her family as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her selflessness, ability to see the good in people and bad situations, her independence and warm and empathetic nature shined brightly and led many of her children's friends to call her "Mom" as well.
In her memory, donations may be made to Calvary United Methodist Church. To light a virtual candle, share a story of Peggy's life, or leave a message of comfort for the Basse Family, please visit our website at www.CruzFamilyFH.com.
