Paul Andrew Walters, age 73, of Dillsburg, died on August 17,2020, after a long ongoing health battle.
Mr Walters is survived by his loving wife Bonita (Sicola) Walters and two daughters Shannon Ulm
Walters and Shelby Paxton. Four grandchildren Shea, Haydn, Asher, and Henle. Also is survived by a sister
Rita (Walters) Dilling of Altoona PA.
Born in Altoona PA on May 18, 1947 to Sheldon and Helen Walters.
He Graduated from Altoona High School and joined the Marines. Mr Walters was a Marine Veteran of the Vietnam War where he received a Purple Heart, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnamese Campaign Service Medal, and Vietnam Service Medal. After his service in the Marine Corp he attended the Pennsylvania State Police Academy and served as a State Police Trooper for 12 years. He then served as a District Justice in Dillsburg, PA for 18 years.
He had also managed and operated several businesses in York and Adams County. Paul served as a Carroll
Township Supervisor and had volunteered as a midget football coach during these years.
He lived his life serving and protecting the country and communities in which he resided and equally
lived his life as he wanted to.
Mr. Walters will have a private family service and will be buried at Fort Indiantown Gap National
Cemetery.
