Paul Henry Johnson, 80, of Troy, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2024. Born in Fitchburg, MA on December 21, 1944, he was the son of the late Frederick and Laina (North) Johnson.
A lifelong resident of Troy, Paul graduated from Troy High School Class of 1962. Paul was an avid bicyclist and still cycling up until the time of his passing. He enjoyed gardening, photography, sports and vintage radios.
He is survived by his sister Paula Saarinen and her husband Alpo of Troy, NH; brother Frederick Johnson and his wife Edith of Baltimore, MD; brother-in-law Michael Harpold of Ketchikan, Alaska; and four nieces and one nephew. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his sister Elaine Harpold; and nephew Mark Saarinen.
A graveside service at Mountain View Cemetery in Troy will be held in the Spring.
