Paul McCarty Furr, 86, of Sneads Ferry, NC, died Monday, August 19, 2019, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter in Wilmington, NC
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Salem Baptist Church. Burial will follow at a later date in Kentucky.
Mr. Furr was born in Boyle County, KY. He served his country with the United States Army.
He is survived by ; two daughters, Jodene Doughty of Mt. Airy, MD and DeAnne Kleiner of Gilbert, AZ; two stepsons, Mark Dwelle of Richmond, VA and Robert Dwelle of Long Beach, CA; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
