Pattie Tyson Johnson Seigman, age 95, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022. Born in Greene County, NC on March 23, 1927, she was the daughter of the late William Tyson and Pattie Worthington Tyson. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Julien William Johnson; her second husband, Dr. Edwin L. Seigman; and numerous brothers, sisters, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Pattie is survived by her children Stella Kathleen Johnson of Hickory, NC; Julien William Johnson, Jr. (Terry) of Franklin, VA; Sarah Johnson Tripodi (Jim) of Rocky Mount, NC; Timothy Carey Johnson of Texas and Pattie's grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Pattie's life will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services. A Graveside Committal will follow the service at Pineview Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM prior to the service in the Atrium of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home.
