Patsy Lee Boldog (nee Ford), 77, of Huntley, passed away peacefully Thursday, June 2, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born October 10, 1944, in Martin, TN, to the late Mary Gill (nee Montgomery) and Ben W. Ford. Patsy was the wife of Robert Boldog Sr; mother of Robert (Tammie) Jr., Kevin (Wendy), Jeff (Tracy), and Nicole Boldog; grandmother of Robert (Stephanine) Boldog; Megan (Andrew) Gerritsen, Jake (Logan), Zach, Sarah, Ben, and Caleb Boldog, Camryn (Luke) Dugard, Rylee, Nate, and Luke Boldog, Mitch and Logan Hundley; great-grandmother of Melanie Gerritsen and Wren Dugard; and sister of Judy La Cavera, Jackie and Bobby Gene Ford, and Shirley Bradberry. A celebration of Patsy life will be Saturday, June 11, 2022. Visitation 10:00 am until time of service 11:00 am at Meadows Christian Fellowship, 2401 Kirchoff Rd., Rolling Meadows, IL 60008.
