For the past two and a half years, she was cared for by her son & daughter in law. They would often take weekend excursions to Lake Lanier; watching the boats & would often reminisce about her father, Bishop C. Willis taking his boat to fish. She always enjoyed spending time singing with her music therapist, eating her favorite dish (fish), & sing n dancing to Motown. She never missed an opportunity to start the party by pulling people on the dance floor.
Today our hearts are broken as we all mourn the loss of our beloved wife, mother, sister, and aunt. Her bright light of warmth and love has left us too soon. We are grateful for the timeless moments of laughter and love we shared. Our family chain is broken and nothing will seem the same, but as God calls us one by one the chain will link again.
Pat is survived by her husband, Carl Mayweather, son, Shannon Willis (Meredith), three sisters, Betty Tarrant Jones, Doris Kitchens and Gloria Reaux (Glen) and one brother Clifford Willis (Sharon). As well as beloved nieces and nephews, other family members and friends far and near.
