Patricia "Patty" Sowle

Patricia Sowle, 64, of Salem, NH passed away August 27, 2023. She was born in Stoneham, MA to Carolyn (Cryan) and George Frederick Sowle.

She is survived by her loving family: daughter Sara Gorrasi and husband Jay, daughter Amy Nowosielski, daughter Laura Correia and husband Ryan, and son Michael Nowosielski. Patty was the beloved "Blah Blah" to five grandchildren: Valentina and JayJ Gorrasi and Scarlett, Gage, and Michael Bean. She leaves behind many other family members and friends. Patty is predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Nowosielski.

Patty was raised in Stoneham and graduated Stoneham High in 1977. She was a caregiver by nature and this was obvious in all aspects of her life. She enjoyed cooking, reading, riding her motorcycle, and traveling to places such as Great Diamond Island. Patty will be remembered for her larger-than-life personality and sense of humor. Her eyes always had an impish sparkle to them and she was able to create fun in any situation. Patty was an incredibly loving, fiery, charismatic, strong and beautiful person. The world is so much duller without her in it.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Patty's life on September 16, 2023 from 4-8pm at Kitty's Restaurant, 123 Main St, North Reading, MA 01864.
