Patricia Ann Gannon

Patricia Ann Gannon, 78, died on March 2, 2023, at the Colonial Poplin Nursing Home in Fremont, NH. She was born on July 21, 1944, in Revere, MA, the daughter of the late Edward C. and Mary (Clifford) Smith. A resident of Raymond since 2015, she grew up in Lynn, MA, and formerly resided in Woburn and Haverhill, MA. She was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School and in 1968 she married James M. Gannon Sr. A devoted mother and grandmother, Patricia's life revolved around raising her children and spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed many activities including cooking, camping, and watching TV. She worked for many years as a CNA at Hannah Duston Healthcare Center in Haverhill, MA, Wilmington Woods in Wilmington, MA, and the Daniel's House in Reading, MA before retiring at the age of 70. She was predeceased by her husband, James M. Gannon Sr. who died in 1995, and by her brother Edward Smith. She is survived by her son James M. Gannon Jr. and wife Cindy of Garland, ME; two daughters, Kerri Gannon and her partner John Ramsey of Raymond, NH, and Mary Gannon and her companion Ryan Johnson of Meredith, NH; five grandchildren, Stephanie Ramsey, Alissa Gannon, J.P. Gannon, Olivia Johnson, Zoey Johnson; two great-grandchildren, Alessa Chisholm, and Aubrie Chisholm; her twin sisters Margaret O'Brien and Maureen Ottie and her husband Roland; and her brother Cliff Smith and his wife Pam.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 3 PM at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine St., Exeter, NH. Calling Hours will follow from 4-7 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Riverside Cemetery in Saugus, MA at a later date.
