Patricia Bell, 91, of Charlotte, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2020 at her daughter's home. The family will greet friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Wednesday the 22nd of January 2020 in the Narthex of St. Gabriel Catholic Church.
