PIKE, Pamela Ann, is survived by her husband, Bernard Pike; her children, Graceann (Patrick) Blank and Matthew Pike; her grandchildren, Theodore, Emmett, and Francis; her brothers, Gregory (Leigh) Christine and Lance (Gloria) Christine; and her sister, Jennifer (Richard) Ulrich as well as many nieces and nephews. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, Diane and Carl Christine of Sunbury, PA.
Pamela's faith, strength, and resilience were an inspiration to her family and many friends. She will be missed. She was an avid reader and was known to often say "I just read a book about that!"; loved gardening and left every place she visited more beautiful than when she arrived; she ran marathons and half marathons around the country in any weather; she loved the National Parks and hiked and camped in many of them; and she was one step away from earning her pilot's license before she was grounded by a cancer diagnosis. She fought the disease with grace and strength and continued to inspire others to face their difficulties with a kind heart, a fierce mind, and a brave spirit.
Pamela graduated from Shikellamy High School in Sunbury, PA, and Philadelphia University in Philadelphia, PA. Pamela helped her husband start and operate their business.
