Our beloved Wife, Mother, Oma, Aunt and Friend passed away peacefully in her home Sunday June 19, 2016 from cancer. She was born August 18, 1928 in Stade Germany to Gustav Louis Gellersen and Helene Peters Gellersen. Her family converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in 1931. Inge was baptized on July 4th 1937. She served an honorable mission in Munich/ Frankfurt, Germany. Inge immigrated to the United States in 1956. She met and fell in love with Delbert Hardman Lang. They were married in the Salt Lake Temple on June 28, 1957. She served her whole life in the LDS church. She was a proud and dedicated mother. Her children and grandchildren were the joy of her life....

When I was 13, my Grandma Alison joined the Peace Corps and was sent to Micronesia. She loved it there so much and found so much personal satisfaction in being of use to the people of that beautiful island that she chose to stay. And so, in the second half of my Grandma’s life she found great purpose; I am convinced that this is what kept her so spry and sassy until her last days. She died this past week and even though I am grateful that it seems she passed peacefully and didn’t have to suffer any long drawn out illnesses, I have still been so sad this weekend to think that I won’t have the opportunity to sit down and hear her stories just one more time. Kris Jae Oliverson passed away Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016, in Idaho Falls. He was 60. He was born Dec. 18, 1955, to Ray Henry Oliverson and Helen Jenkins in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from Hillcrest High School in Midvale, Utah, and attended Brigham Young University. He served a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in San Diego, Calif., as a sign language missionary. On Aug. 9, 1979, he married his sweetheart, Ruth Marchant, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple for time and eternity, and in the coming years, they had three sons and a daughter. Lewis C. "Johnny" Whidden, Sr., 55, of Navarre, Florida, went home to be with our Lord on April 14, 2017. He served his country with honor and distinction in the U.S. Air Force for 26 years. After his military service, he continued his work with Civil Service at Hurlburt Field. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, mentor and confidant to many, we will all miss him. On April 9, 2017, just after 11:00 am, Joyce Anne Baker broke the bonds of this mortal life and began anew her eternal life with our Lord and her husband, Chet Baker. She passed peacefully while surrounded by the love of her family. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, brother Chuck and her husband. She is survived by her three children, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Joyce was born in 1930 in Portsmouth OH to William and Merle Risher. She lived in Dayton, Denver, Farmington Hills MI, Missouri, and Beavercreek OH. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in Joyce A. Baker's name to the Dementia Society of America.

Dr. George W. Sims, PhD., 80, of Navarre, FL passed away at his home Saturday, April 1, 2017. George was born in Decatur, Alabama in June 1936, and graduated from Falkville High School, in Falkville, Alabama in 1954. From there he attended Auburn University where he graduated in 1959 with his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduating from college, he married Estha McLain on April 18, 1959. In 1965, George and Estha welcomed the arrival of their son, Keith.
