Oria Mae Long was born on January 19, 1953 in Greensboro Alabama to Mary Lee Crews and Lorenzo Jackson(deceased). Oria moved to Cleveland, Ohio at the age of 9 with her sister who was 8 to join their mother.
At the age of 16 one of the most important decisions was made in her life; she accepted Christ and became a member of The Glenville SDA Church. This decision, as she often recounted was her saving grace. Life choices took her many places, some very trying but her faith grew stronger at every turn. She did not believe in grieving without hope; this hope was her belief not in a church building or what others thought but her GOD and his Son Jesus. This belief and love for GOD and his Son The Savior is her desire for all of you. This desire and belief she shared with everyone she met who would listen. This is her passionate undefined she would say see you in the morning.
She leaves to celebrate her life her Mother Mary L. Crews and children:, Marquita Reddick ( Mandell), Anthony C. Freeman Sr. grandchildren: Destinee Douglas and Jumal Afzal 4th, Anthony Freeman Jr. Sisters: Glorious Dudley, Teresa Fowler (Dorian). Brother: Charles Crews Jr. (Charita).
