went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 28, 2021 in Brownsville, Texas. She was a dedicated wife, exemplary mother and grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Mrs. Vallejo was beloved for her cooking, blessings, and unwavering faith. She was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.
Mrs. Vallejo was preceded in death by her parents, Herculano and Silveria Blanco as well as 5 siblings. Left to cherish Mrs. Vallejo's memory are her husband Jesus A. Vallejo and three children: Minerva, Marta (Richard) of San Antonio, and Dr. Jesus G. Vallejo (Karen) of Houston; her grandchildren, Thomas Sanchez of San Antonio, Veronica Speck (Boyd) of San Antonio, Juan Carlos Infante (Ashley) of San Antonio, Cristian Vallejo of Boston, MA and Eric Vallejo of Houston; her great-grandchildren, Joshua Erosa, Jackie Erosa, Jorge Antonio Erosa, Jesus Antonio Sanchez, Remington Infante and Sebastian Infante.
A viewing will begin Friday, Feb 5, 2021, at 2 p.m., and continue until 9 p.m., with a memorial service at 7 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel (125 McDavitt Blvd., Brownsville, Texas). Committal Service will be on Feb 6, 2021 at 11AM at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens. Honored to be serving as pallbearers will be Thomas A Sanchez, Juan Carlos Infante, Joshua Erosa, Jorge Antonio Erosa, Juan Carlos Infante, Richard Almaraz, Boyd Speck, Ivan de los Reyes and Dr. Jesus G. Vallejo.
